One of my favourite dragonets. I encountered mandarin fish in Anilao (Philippines), Raja Ampat and Lembeh (both Indonesia). Whilst they were pretty shy in Anilao an Raja Ampat, Bianca in the Lembeh Strait is a divesite where you can see them above the reef even in broad daylight. To me, it also seemed like they were slightly bigger than the ones I had seen before. However, their fighting and mating behavior is always fun to watch and the colors are just amazing.
